I am Eric, owner of Villa Il Rifugio and I am very proud to introduce my home. Hopefully you will be just as charmed by the house and its great view.

I bought the house in love with the region and the view. Large sliding windows at the front, spacious glass areas and natural materials. With that in mind, we gave the entire home a makeover to keep it looking like new for years to come.
In addition to new floors on the terraces, living room, kitchen, etc ..., the house is also equipped with a modern installation for hot water and solar boiler. Is double insulating glass present everywhere, but we still wanted to preserve the original style of the house.
